Pillar Projects is a family owned business with over 20 years of combined experience as Custom Builders. Pillar Projects advantage is the multi generational industry experience that has become unified within the family enterprise, providing a solid foundation and a high level of integrity that is experienced though out all projects.
At Pillar Projects it is our aim to bring to every project the highest quality of finish with expert attention to detail. As such each project has Director involvement, a carefully selected dedicated site and office team for the project’s duration.
Pillar Projects has built a reputation as a premier up market residential builder that maintains a very personal touch. Working closely with architects and clients alike, allowing us to translate the client’s dreams and the architect’s visions into reality.
Established with a focus on architecturally designed up market housing, Pillar Projects undertakes limited projects at any one time, allowing our focus to be on quality not quantity.
With every project we guarantee direct involvement of our director – this is the way we deliver quick pragmatic decision making on site and our high level of finish. As direct management results in intelligent thinking, strong organisation to the construction project and excellence in quality of the build we are able to satisfy all quality, cost and time related outcomes.
Mark Harb, Director of Pillar Projects Pty Ltd, undertakes a limited amount of jobs running concurrently, thereby allowing him to have a direct hands‐on approach in every job. It is for this reason that we deliver a high standard of finishes. This "lead by example" set of values have been passed down through the family enterprise and have become ingrained within the identity of Pillar Projects.
Through instilling a strong identity from the "Top Down" we are able to ensure that all staff and subcontractors understand the importance of the Pillar Project Values. This achieved though affirming clear and concise company policies that are embedded throughout the whole Pillar Team.
