Mark Harb has 10 Years Experience within the Construction Industry.
Mark was able to realise his passion for building at an early age through his families involvement within the industry as Builder's and Engineer's. Mark's conviction saw him graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney. Throughout his years at University Mark spent his time working within the Family enterprise specialising in the development of Homes and Multi Dwelling Housing.
Although this experience was a great foundation for Mark, he quickly realised that he needed to pave his own path. It was this ambition that led Mark to work for some of Australia's Leading Tier 2 Construction companies. It was through this experience in project management that Mark was able to commercialise his experience and hone his skills on medium/high density projects.
After excelling through these years working on large scale mixed use projects, Mark made the decision to consolidate his experience and establish the contracting entity Pillar Projects Pty Ltd. Mark has proven to excel in negotiating projects, project delivery, strategic planning and financial management, thus making head of operations and new business ventures his core focus at Pillar Projects.
JAKE HARB
Project Manager/ Estimator
Jake Harb has 8 Years Experience within the Construction Industry.
Jake began his Journey within the industry by studying a Bachelors in Construction Management, at the University of Western Sydney. True to the nature of the Course, Jake commenced a Cadetship with Dyldam Developments. As Jake progressed through his time at Dyldam, he eventually settled into the role of Leading Hand and Safety Officer on the Northgate project, North Rocks. In this role, Jake got a first hand experience into Site Management and operations.
Upon successful completion of this project, Jake moved over to the Mount Colah project in which he assumed the role of Finishes Foreman of 41 Residential Apartments and two basements.
After excelling through these years working on large scale mixed use projects, Jake made the decision to consolidate his experience and join Pillar Projects Pty Ltd. Jake has assumed a project management role within the company and has proven to show exemplary skills in managing project budgets, project timelines, procurement and contracts management.
